Skymedical continues to be a key partner in AHED courses. The theoretical-practical course, dedicated to innovations and trends in shoulder surgery, took place at Nova Medical School, under the coordination of specialist Dr. António Cartucho between the 28th and 29th of May.
Aimed at orthopedic surgeons, the course focused on best practices, latest technological advances and evidence-based research related to shoulder care, with the goal of providing the highest level of training for diagnosis and consequent treatment forms to deal with fractures, rotator cuff tears, shoulder instability, degenerative problems, and complex shoulder pathologies using arthroscopy.
Skymedical, in collaboration with its partner Stryker, world market leader in medical technology, contributed to the practical session of the course, having equipped six workstations with instruments, implants and other equipment.
Once again, Skymedical’s role was essential for the completion of the course, consolidating the organization’s continued growth and its reputation as a reference in the field of medical education.
