The new Stryker T7 Personal Protection System was launched past July.
The four pioneering surgeries performed with the new system were performed by Dr. João Sarmento Esteves, Dr. Pedro Simas, Dr. Miguel Pádua and Dr. David Pinto, founders of Hip & Pelvis.
This new system has been perfected through lighter helmets and gowns, which guarantee AAMI protection up to level 4 for the entire surgical team and for the patient. At the same time, it provides comfort to users by providing quite adjustable ventilation, and can also be complemented with LED lighting system to improve the visualization of the surgical field.
