Together with its partner Stryker, Skymedical participated in the organisation of a course focused on the surgical techniques of knee arthroscopy, developed by AHED – Advanced Health Education. The event took place on the 25th and 26th of September at the Anatomical Theater of Nova Medical School.
This practical training for orthopedic surgeons was coordinated by Prof. João Gamelas and, in addition to the Stryker equipment made available for the course, Skymedical was there, in loco, provide support on using it and to monitor all technical procedures.
Due to the pandemic restrictions, only six training stations were allowed on this course, granting the participation to 12 trainees.
By joining this initiative, Skymedical reaffirmed its commitment to being close to health care professionals, supporting their training and sharing their knowledge so that the HCPs continue to provide the best health care possible.
AHED – Advanced Health Education, was established in mid-2018 with the goal of providing theoretical and practical training of excellence to all health care professionals.
