Skymedical supported another AHED course. The session, focused on Anesthesia, was coordinated by the specialist Dr. Hugo Trindade, at Nova Medical School, on May 14 and 15.
Aimed at anesthesia specialty interns, the course focused to promote medical training in this area, allowing participants to acquire and put into practice guided intervention techniques. This course enabled a fully immersive simulation experience with modules aimed at monitoring and practicing regional nerve block, a procedure that requires the use of an ultrasound to monitor the technique.
Skymedical once again complemented the practical part of the course by making available portable and fixed ultrasound scanners from its partner Sonoscape, whose wide range of ultrasound scanners is equipped with state-of-the-art hardware and software.
