Skymedical collaborated with the Neuro & MSK Interventional Group in another theoretical-practical course at the upper limb level. This training action took place last October at Nova Medical School, with 12 participants.
The Neuro & MSK Interventional Group is a multidisciplinary group that aims to create a training space within the scope of intervention at the level of the nervous and musculoskeletal system.
This course focused on the pain-muscle-nerve theme, with a special focus on the technique of Sonosurgery in cadavers: minimally invasive surgical intervention guided by ultrasound in cadavers. The target audience was composed by specialists in medical areas such as Orthopedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Radiology and Anesthesiology.
Skymedical supported this initiative, providing the necessary medical devices to carry out the training: a Stryker arthroscopy tower and SonoScape ultrasounds. Thus, this was yet another partnership that reinforces its commitment to maintaining the proximity of health professionals, consolidating their role as a reference in the area of medical training.
